Projects

iDove funds and supports iDover-led small grant projects, implemented through local organizations and joint initiatives. These small grant programmes are designed to strengthen both the individual capacities of iDovers and the institutional capacity of their organizations, enabling timely, effective, and sustainable youth-led responses to violent extremism.

Since the introduction of the small grant projects in 2020, iDove has supported 18 initiatives with total funding of approximately €350,000. The programme has reached communities across Kenya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Niger, Nigeria, Tanzania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Togo, Mozambique, and Uganda. Each funding cycle is guided by a specific thematic focus, allowing iDove to respond to evolving local contexts and priorities.
